We have owned a Tempur-Pedic for over 20 years. (In which time we did have to have it replaced, with absolutely no problems with an exchange). Now it is 2024 and we decided to purchase a new mattress, and me being the wife with back issues, wanted to have the firmest mattress that was available. After a few days my neck and arms were hurting, like a pinched nerve. I spoke with Denver Mattress and Davina told me immediately it was too firm for me when I told her the problem I was having. We were able to exchange the too firm mattress for the Luxe Breeze Med Hybrid. We absolutely love this mattress. We fall asleep as soon as we go to bed. Tempur-Pedic stands by their product, which we recommend to other people. You cannot go wrong with this company's product and warranty.

I stayed out with a Luxe Adapt medium hybrid. Should have gotten the soft since I'm a side sleeper. But I returned it and got a Luxe Breeze Soft which is a little firmer than the luxe adapt soft. Significantly better for side sleeping but I'm hoping it still breaks in more and gets softer. At this price point, more than I've spent in some cars, I just expect to be wooed more. I don't feel it's cooler than the Luxe adapt, not sure it's worth the money for the Cooling.

I initially got the luxe adapt medium hybrid which was too firm for me. Tried the luxe breeze in the store seemed magical. It's far from it. I've done everything to break the mattress in correctly. Make sure it wears evenly, and the one side of the bed is more comfortable than the other. I have the ergo power base which the vibrating feature has failed twice on already and I purchased both only 3 months ago. For the amount of money I spent I am beyond disappointed. I know people swear by these but i am extremely disappointed and stuck with it for a long time till I can save for something else. This is the top of the line model and I still get hot at night and it's not even summer in Florida.

Went in and tried out the Luxe Breeze, fell in love with it. The adjustable base makes it even more comfortable as I no longer sleep on my stomach. Best sleep I've gotten in years. Recommend anyone to try out Tempur.

We layed on the medium in the store…..it was amazing. Not too firm, not too soft. When we got our mattress it felt like we were laying on concrete. I woke up with terrible back pain the first 3 nights. I checked our mattress to make sure a firm wasn't delivered and it was medium as ordered. It's been a few weeks and it's still pretty firm. Seriously contemplating on returning.

We owned a Tempur-Pedic Soft mattress for 10 years, absolutely loved it, and recently decided it was time to upgrade to the Tempur-Cloud Luxe Breeze. From day 1, it was an abysmal fail - so much so that we thought for sure we must have received a Firm mattress by mistake. It was stiff, unyielding and anything but conformingly comfortable, as our original mattress was. Additionally, we found the "cooling technology" of the Luxe Breeze to be nothing more than marketing hype. Once we were asleep, It was not a bit cooler than our previous Tempur-Pedic. We returned the mattress during the sleep guarantee period, bought a competitor's mattress, and have absolutely loved it from our very first night's sleep on it. I'm not sure what has happened to Tempur-Pedic mattresses, but in our assessment, they are simply not the same as they once were. We will not consider them again, nor can we recommend them based on our experience.

We purchased a Mattress 5 years ago from this company for about $6,000. The mattress is sagging and super uncomfortable after 5 years of usage. I contacted their customer service because the product has a 10 year warranty. Not only they did not honor their warranty, they were super unhelpful. Buyer beware! Don't buy an overpriced poor quality mattress from this company.

I bought a medium firm Hybrid Luxe Breeze and find it to be like sleeping on a rock. When I get out of bed in the morning and my back, hips and shoulders are in extreme pain. I'm told that there is a break in period and it will soften up. If it doesn't it's going back. I'm not quite sure I'll survive the break in period if it indeed does soften up. The model in the store was/is substantially softer. I feel i may have been mislead.

The bed is very comfortable. The cooling is great, but the fact that the sheets fall off and slide all over just when you're laying there and hardly moving is a definite negative I would not have bought this bed. Had I known that? You would think they could get sheets to stay on like a normal bed when you pay this amount of money. It honestly is a game changer. I've tried everything. Any suggestions please

Bed is great. Nearly a month ago, the sleep tracker app quit working on one side on the bed. Call customer svc , troubleshot it over the phone with no success.
Another module was sent, called back to have it installed. Nothing. Rep opened a level 2 case. Called today to get a status. Found out case was closed due to no response to their emails (plural). I got one email and responded the same day 13 August.
A rep called a said he would 'look into it'. Got an email back saying that u needed to check my email spam folder, make sure I didn't block the address, and oh by the we we closed the case because I didn't respond! Are you kidding me! You acknowledge that I had an email issue but instead of being customer focused and state that you've reopened the case, you closed with 'have a nice day'.
It's still broke!!can't wait to see what happens next
If this issue is ever resolved, I'll update this review-BUT, if this is is normal…

New mattress is very comfortable and I love the adjustable bed feature. So, that is why I rated a 3.

Big mistake buying! Split king luxe breeze mattress does not perform well! The mattress sinks down lower the longer you try to sleep. This mattress does not support the body and gets too warm. The air in the mattress puffs back up to look normal, however it does not stay firm. We are not able to do anything because of the warranty!

We had a cloud supreme for years and loved it. I've always slept on top of the covers because I get too hot. We recently upgraded to the Luce-Breeze and I'm finally back under the covers! This mattress really does keep you cool. It's also super comfy right out of the box.

After using Tempur Pedic mattresses for years and always wanting to try Sleep Number I decided to make the switch, big mistake! My Sleep Number was awful, it does not work as advertised. In the store my sleep number was 35, at that setting the screen showed no pressure points, so when I received my mattress I of course used that setting. I was uncomfortable, very hot and woke up constantly. The bed sleep tracker did not record any information and the tubes had to be replaced, this was done after my making at least 5 phone calls to Sleep Number. My last call was to return the bed and was told I could return the mattress but could not return the base, this makes no sense and was not told to me by the sales person, so I'm stuck with a base that weighs a ton and cost too much! I was not only told the base was not returnable, I was also not told how much the base cost. I hated mattress and my sleep experience was awful! I returned the mattress and bought another Tempur Pedic, wish I had bought one to begin with. I'm sleeping through the night now, am cool and comfortable in the extreme Arizona heat, though I lost money on my adventure I couldn't be happier with my new Tempur Pedic. Don't do what I did, Tempur Pedic is the best!

I've been there before, I have tested the beds before I purchased it. My bed came and it was amazingly comfortable and the mattress is perfect! If I could rate it out of 10, it would be one-hundred percent, 10/10. If you ever want mattresses get it from here!

zero gravity is such s relief when i first lay down...i practice my deep breathing and really sink in to the mattress...i find that very relaxing...having the base and being able to change the angle of my sleeping position has been very helpful...i am disappointed that the ap for the bed is rarely accurate regarding what happened during my sleep...this is true for myself and my partner - we are on a split king...also this bed has spoiled me - when i travel - the beds are never comfortable!

Great product if not for the fact that the new California king model is less wide and much longer so does not fit with the old base. Great for keeping the wheels of the economy turning and not so much for the environment. Furthermore, promise of discount on pillows and bedsheets if registering.. Nope no code for discounts just the normal fishing for information they can use for targeted advertising

I hadn't bought a new mattress in eight years. When I went to the store, I tried all the mattresses on the showroom floor. The Tempur-pedic was by far the most comfortable one they had. The store delivered it three days later. The only problem I have now is that I don't want to get up in the morning because it is soooo comfortable.

We spent over $14,000 for our tempurpedic mattress and had to file a warranty claim after 3 years due to cracking of the material, shifting and permanent sagging. We are attempting to file a second claim due to same problems but their online process is impossible to complete ( not allowing you to upload the required documents) and even worse absolutely NO customer service number to call. Obviously they have designed their warranty process to keep customers from filing warranty claims.

At first, we were excited to receive our new mattress. However, that quickly turned to disappointment and frustration. Shortly after the mattress and Smart Base were delivered, we noticed the smell of mold. I disregarded it and thought it will dissipate by tomorrow, We ordered the Luxe Breeze in a Firm because we had slept in a Tempur-Pedic Pro Adapt Firm and liked the firmness, however, this mattress was considerably firmer. After a couple of nights, the odor was not dissipating and we were not liking the firmness. I called Tempur-Pedic and expressed that the firmness was not what we expected and would like to exchange it. I was told to give it at least 30 days before considering the exchange. That it can take time to get adjusted. After a couple more nights the odor was not going away and again I reached out to Tempur-Pedic to complain. I was told that the mattress could be exchanged but that it would include a $175 shipping fee. I expressed that this didn't seem right as it was a warranty issue. I ended up losing my patience and requested that the whole thing be picked up and returned. Turns out you're stuck with the base and Tempur-Pedic does not accept returns. I guess they don't stand behind their product after all.

My first Tempur-pedic was after back surgery in 2000. My Dr recomended Tempur-pedic. I had the bed 23 years. I bought a higher end bed-in-a-box slept on it 3 nights and had to bring my old bed back in. With the 3 yr no interest loan was great. I live on a fixed income & was able get a new Tempur-pedic Breeze. I love it! I also only useTempur-pedic pillows.
